In the Los Angeles, California street, a fuzz is shot dead by an unknown attacker. 2 constabulary men, Sergeants Marty Brennan (Brady) & Chuck Jones (Cardwell) come assigned to catch a killer. the killer (Basehart), the brilliant mystery human using there are no known felon preceding, is hiding within a Hollywood bungalow and hearing to police turn his custom radio within an attempt to stay away from capture. A just relationship a human seems to keep around is using his little puppy. A killer utilizes a Los Angeles sewage works as a mean value to escape law. At one point he performs surgery in himself to dislodge the bullet. the police force eventually make their way the break in the experience while it gather witnesses together & produce a composite sketch of the killer. That yet leads the children straight to him.
